General Provisions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and 700bat ("700bat", "we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the 700bat website accessible at 700bat.pro, including all games, sports betting markets, promotions, payment services, and customer support functions offered therein (collectively, "the Services").

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing the Services, you confirm that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to comply with them unconditionally. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Services and close your account.

700bat reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Reviewed" date at the top of this page and, where reasonably practicable, notify registered users via the email address or Telegram handle associated with their account. Your continued use of the Services after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict or ambiguity between an English version of these Terms and any translated version, the English version shall prevail in all respects.

Eligibility & Registration

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use the Services. By registering, you represent and warrant that you satisfy this minimum age requirement. 700bat enforces a strict 21+ policy and may require you to submit valid government-issued identification to verify your date of birth at any time. If we determine that a User is under 21, the account will be closed immediately, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and any balance — including deposited funds and winnings — may be forfeited in accordance with applicable responsible gaming obligations.

The Services are directed primarily at players located in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using online gaming services is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering. 700bat makes no representation that the Services are legal or appropriate in jurisdictions outside Bangladesh. Users who access the Services from restricted territories do so entirely at their own risk and may have their accounts closed without prior notice.

To access the full suite of Services, you must register for a personal account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

• Each individual person is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active account on the 700bat platform at any time.
• Creating multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, payment accounts, devices, or IP addresses — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts.
• Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any funds associated with it to another person.
• 700bat reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.

700bat operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process. We may request copies of identity documents (such as a National ID card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and proof of payment method ownership at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified in our request may result in withdrawal suspension or account closure. All documents submitted are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Deposits & Withdrawals

700bat accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank. All deposits are credited in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. 700bat does not charge transaction fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges for which 700bat accepts no liability.

• Funds deposited must be used for gaming purposes only. Depositing and immediately withdrawing funds without placing bets ("money cycling") is prohibited and may trigger account review.
• All deposited funds must originate from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Depositing using a third party's payment method is not permitted.
• 700bat reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that appears to be fraudulent, related to money laundering, or in breach of these Terms.

Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are typically completed within 5 to 15 minutes for mobile money methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and within one to three business days for bank transfers, subject to the processing times of the receiving institution.

• Withdrawals may be delayed pending completion of KYC verification. 700bat recommends completing verification before requesting your first withdrawal.
• 700bat reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests above ৳50,000, which may extend processing time by up to 48 hours.
• In cases of suspected fraud or account compromise, 700bat may temporarily freeze withdrawal functionality and notify the account holder via their registered contact details.
• Winnings resulting from any technical error, system glitch, or misconfigured game are void and will not be paid out. The applicable game round will be cancelled and the original stake refunded.

Bonuses & Promotions

700bat offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and sports betting refunds. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms displayed at the point of offer as well as the general provisions set out in this section. In the event of conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

• Wagering requirements: Unless stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in each promotion's individual terms.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed within the stated validity period will be removed from your account automatically. 700bat is not obliged to reinstate expired bonuses.
• Game contributions: Different game types may contribute at different rates towards satisfying wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute at 100%, while table games, live casino games, and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate as specified per promotion.
• Maximum bet restriction: While a bonus is active, the maximum permitted bet per round or per event is ৳1,000 unless the relevant promotion states otherwise. Placing bets above this limit while a bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

700bat has a zero-tolerance policy for bonus abuse. The following activities constitute bonus abuse and will result in immediate forfeiture of bonus funds and any winnings derived from them, and may result in permanent account closure:

• Registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once.
• Using low-risk betting strategies (such as placing opposing bets on the same event across multiple accounts) to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk exposure.
• Coordinating with other users to exploit promotional offers.
• Providing false information during registration in order to qualify for a promotion.

Gameplay & Betting Rules

All casino games available on 700bat are supplied by certified third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, and Microgaming. Each provider's random number generator (RNG) is independently tested and certified for fairness. 700bat does not manipulate game outcomes. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages reflect theoretical long-run averages and are not guarantees of individual session results.

Sports betting markets — including cricket, football, kabaddi, and other disciplines — are offered subject to the specific rules of each market as displayed within the sportsbook. The following general rules apply to all sports wagers placed on 700bat:

• Bets are settled according to the official result as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for international cricket, Bangladesh Cricket Board for BPL). In cases of dispute, 700bat's decision is final.
• In-play (live) bets accepted after the relevant event or phase has concluded are void.
• Where a match is abandoned, suspended, or postponed, bets will be settled according to the applicable market rules displayed in the sportsbook at the time the bet was placed.
• 700bat reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were manifestly incorrect due to a pricing error, and to suspend any market at its discretion.
• Maximum payout per single bet is ৳500,000 unless otherwise stated for a specific market or event.

The following practices are strictly prohibited on 700bat and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of relevant winnings:

• Arbitrage betting: Systematically exploiting differences in odds across platforms to guarantee a risk-free profit.
• Matched betting: Using free bets or bonuses in combination with opposing bets to extract guaranteed value regardless of outcome.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players or sports participants to manipulate game or match outcomes.
• Use of automated software: Employing bots, scripts, or algorithmic tools to place bets or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.

User Conduct

You agree to use the 700bat platform only for lawful, personal entertainment purposes. You must not use the Services to engage in any activity that is illegal under the laws of Bangladesh or any other applicable jurisdiction, or that causes harm, disruption, or inconvenience to 700bat or other users.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used on any other website or application.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Notify 700bat support immediately via Telegram (@700bat_support) if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

700bat will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure. Any activity conducted through your account before you notify us of a suspected breach is your responsibility.

Users who wish to take a break from gambling may request a temporary time-out or permanent self-exclusion by contacting support at @700bat_support on Telegram. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, the user's account will be deactivated and deposits will not be accepted. 700bat will not send promotional communications to self-excluded users for the duration of the exclusion period. Intellectual Property

All content on the 700bat platform — including but not limited to the 700bat brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 700bat or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the 700bat platform or its content without prior written authorisation from 700bat. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Services solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. 700bat does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee that game outcomes, odds, or promotional offers will meet your expectations or requirements.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 700bat and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Services, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical malfunction, interrupted internet connectivity, or force majeure events.

700bat's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 700bat account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

700bat shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government action, civil unrest, internet infrastructure failures, or actions of third-party payment processors.

Account Termination & Suspension

700bat reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account, withhold funds pending investigation, and refuse access to the Services to any User at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons (among others):

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Engaging in any prohibited betting practice, fraud, collusion, or money laundering activity.
• Being under 21 years of age or being located in a jurisdiction where the Services are unlawful.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 700bat staff or other users.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus balance and bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited. Real-money balances that are not subject to an ongoing investigation will be returned to the User's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team via Telegram at @700bat_support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you subject to completed KYC verification and the absence of any ongoing investigation or pending bonus wagering requirements.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the Services that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.

If you have a complaint or dispute with 700bat, you should first contact our support team via Telegram at @700bat_support, providing a clear description of the issue and any relevant account details. We will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within five business days. 700bat's decision on matters of game outcome, bet settlement, and bonus eligibility is final unless a demonstrable technical error can be shown.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining provisions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of those remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 700bat with respect to the Services and supersede all prior understandings, representations, and agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.
